All sales at Guapé are final, we do not offer refunds.
International Returns
We currently only accept UK returns & cannot accept international returns (US/CA/EU). Please check sizing carefully before ordering.
UK Returns
Store credit can be issued if customer contacts us & ships item back within 7 days of order being marked as delivered provided the order meets the requirements for a return.
For store credit requests please email info@guapestudio.com. Please be informed that the acceptance of a store credit request is based on our sole discretion.
- Return Shipping for store credit must be tracked & arranged & paid for by customer.
- Returned shoes must be sent back to us in their original condition & packaging, including satin dust bag. (Any signs of wear or damage will lead to store credit being denied & shoes being returned to buyer.)

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT ON LOST ITEMS, ITEMS DAMAGED BY CARRIER, ITEMS RETURNED BACK TO US DUE TO UNPAID CUSTOMS/DUTY FEE'S BY CUSTOMER (SHIPPING POLICY), ITEMS RETURNED BACK TO US DUE TO BEING MISSED/NOT COLLECTED BY CUSTOMER.
